This assignment assesses the following Learning Outcomes of this module:
LO2 Describe how psychological techniques can be used to improve Football performance
LO4 Demonstrate an understanding of how sport science theory impacts upon different Football populations

Design and deliver a 20-minute presentation that demonstrates your knowledge and understanding of the psychological techniques available to a player, and coach, to improve football performance.
During the presentation you should describe the criteria involved in a psychological skills training (PST) programme. Finally, you should describe a PST for a specific individual, for example a Goalkeeper or Forward.

A PowerPoint presentation should be prepared with diagrams and supporting literature/evidence which will be roughly equivalent to 2000 words (excluding the reference list and any appendices).

All evidence needs to be fully and correctly referenced (APA), and include a full and comprehensive reference list. Hand-outs including graphs or examples of questionnaires should be provided to support your presentation
